1. If your purchase is not right for you, you can ship it back to us within 14 days from receiving your order in a perfect/never used condition in the original packaging.
2. We guarantee the product quality and are responsible for faulty items. In case of a faulty item situation, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will investigate the item and will find the best solution whether it’s to fix the product, exchange the product, lower the price or return money to the customer.
3. We understand that there might be a mismatch in garment visual appearance due to a different laptop or phone screen settings. In situations like this, we are happy to exchange the product to another garment with the same value.
4. We can only exchange or accept a return if items are in the perfect condition (never used, with labels on) and it’s original packaging.
5. We can only exchange the item with another if it has the same value, different size or color. If you wish to exchange your item to a different model, you would need to process a return and purchase a new style all over again.
6. Money for returned items are returned to a customer within 7-10 days from the day your package reaches our office.
7. Usually, your return should be processed in 48 hours from the moment it reaches our office. However, due to high demands within shipping companies, it can take longer (this relates to High Holidays: Christmas, Easter, New Year etc.)
